there’s two levels to most occult apparatus, a personal and collective. Seeing as the crop circle didn’t appear in my own backyard, I think the latter is evident.

  • johnscottartist:

you may be right, everyone’s entitled an “opinion” from a subjective platform, that’s what I like about relativity.

  • johnscottartist:

not really, the door has two sides, it depends which side of the door one “chooses” to belong.

  • rrioch:

“Through the crack of the door one has a limited outlook; one looks outward from within. Contemplation is subjectively limited. One tends to relate everything to oneself and cannot put oneself in another’s place and understand his motives. This is appropriate for a good housewife. It is not necessary for her to be conversant with the affairs of the world. But for a man who must take part in active life, such a narrow, egotistic way of contemplating things is of course harmful.” [Wilhelm]

    Apt?

  • rrioch:

I am also aware, and am now declaring to those who care to check for themselves, that the changing lines can be read in the resultant hexagram, EXCEPT you count them from the OTHER END, so changing line 5 lets you read line 2 in the resulting hexagram, 20 Contemplation.
This information is also to be perceived in the context as being from THE OTHER SIDE OF THE SITUATION…

    20 Contemplation, Line 2:
Contemplation through the crack of the door.
Furthering through the perseverance of a woman.

  • rrioch:

Interesting take on the crop circle, linking it – fairly appropriately considering the text of the hexagrams suggested – with the I Ching.
As a student of I Ching since 1995, I am still intrigued by its capability to explain anything at all, though I am more in awe of its accuracy, thousands of throws later.
    BTW, I use 18 coins, 2p pieces, 3×1, 3×2…. 3×6, all thrown simultaneously. Try it – I use heads=man(woman)=yin, tails=not man=heaven=yang.
    Splitting Apart 23 line 5 –> 20 Contemplation

Who made the music? It’s awesome – and well suited for the video.

  • johnscottartist:

    thanks Trish

  • trishanne1:

posted this into my Facebook… thought it was a great explanation… couldn’t possibly be wrong…. it’s self explanatory if you know even a little about i Ching…

  • johnscottartist:

    thank you for comment trishanne

  • trishanne1:

    absolutely wonderful…. thank you..

  • johnscottartist:

violence is “learned” and “conditioned” it’s not our true nature of being. Many people seem experts on the jailing system but it is weighted heavily toward monetary agendas…

  • johnscottartist:

people also need to take responsibility for their “ignorance”.

  • johnscottartist:

It’s funny how violent people never take responsibility for the suffering they cause others, jails are full of “innocent” people?

  • johnscottartist:

also …The choice to remain “ignorant” of one’s actions is also the cause of “further” suffering without an end?. therefore my hypothesis is that there may be a “force” or “hidden hand” in what seems like “chaos” to ordinary mind, those who can’t see the causes and effects of outcomes beyond their own myopic application. Yes you state the “universe” (objectified blame) onto a “non definable source out there, but in fact this negates “responsibility” of one’s own actions?

  • johnscottartist:

Interesting…however if one’s actions lead to suffering then who “balances” the suffering against one’s actions. Your hypothesis negates a fair or just universe and promotes “survival of the fittest” which is for animals not humans. Very Darwinian…also…

  • johnscottartist:

  • johnscottartist:

thanks Sonastainbrook, spirit guided me to work with these for a while, so I’m knocking together some vids this week, make sure you subscribe so you can see when they arrive. and yes…many CC videos are just music and photos, there is a deep sociological message behind them. next vid. thanks for looking.

  • johnscottartist:

@gaussalmighty yes, nonviolence is the only path, violence has two paths that both play into the dark side, one causes negative karma, the other justifies draconian measures…thanks for looking

  • sonastainbrook:

thank you for this video! I would love to here your thoughts of the other crop circles too. I think you got this one right. Most cc vidoes do not explain anything. Well done!

  • johnscottartist:

thanks, it’s important we get this right…
